River Table - details of the coffee table
I have quite a few solid slabs - mainly red gum - that have sap veins and pockets.
If the slab is not too wide it can be split lengthwise and the two halves positioned with a gap between that can be filled by casting expoxy resin.
These are my first batch of such coffee river tables. They require a bit of learning to reduce imperfections such as wrinkles on the under-surface.
